Wild black gojiberry is also known as black fruit gojiberry, with thin black-purple skin and a rich purple pigment that is easily soluble in water.

It is mainly produced in Jiuquan, Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Qinghai, Tibet and other desert lands. It is grown in high altitude, in a dry climate, and clean, pollution-free environment. The wild black gojiberry contains 17 kinds of amino acids, 13 kinds of trace elements, including calcium, magnesium, copper and zinc. Its iron content is higher than the red Chinese gojiberry.

How to consume wild black gojiberry:

Wild black gojiberry can be eaten directly. 5-10 grams (40 to 70 berries) can be eaten each day,

The berries can also be soaked in 60℃ warm water to make tea. Simply add 3-6 grams (30 to 40 berries) to the water and brew until the colour of water changes. in warm water. Do not use boiling water! Adjust the quantity or berries according to your preference for flavor intensity.

Soaking the berries in water may colour it blue or purple due to its varying pH value. This is caused by the high anthocyanin levels of the berrries. When brewed in tap water, it will likely appear blue (alkaline water), when brewed in mineral water, it will become purple (neutral water). Drink the water directly. You can brew the berries multiple times (5 – 6), or until they stop colouring the water.

黑杞子泡水飲用及正確的食用方法:

– 黑杞子可以直接食用或泡茶。

– 成年人取每天3-6克的黑杞子泡水(即每天食用30-40粒黑杞子最佳)。不宜高溫沖泡(建議60攝氏度左右溫水為宜。乾吃5-10克左右的枸杞比較合適,也可以根據自己服用狀況增減數量,達到效果最佳為止。
